Current behavior: Mob closes to melee, triggers skill on being hit or attacking, stuns the player and draws a line of particles inside the floor. No summons.

Desired behavior: Ability triggers when off cooldown as long as a player is in range, looks at player and stops moving for the duration. draws a line of particles through the air just above the floor as an indicator, then unleashes a returning wave of evoker fang mobs.
